A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE BOOK
"My name is Avgi. Dawn, pure. I was born on November 25, 1931 in the outskirts of Lamia. I have been in Paleo Trikeri for about a year. I was brought here in June 1949 along with other women.
But Trikeri is not a place of exile. It is hell on earth itself. Not the island of course, but those who hold our destinies in their hands. Our jailers. They are our hell."

Discovering an old notebook, Anastasia travels to the pernicious past. When the two sides find themselves seventy years later in front of a mirror, myths and realities have only one side. The truth.

Spyros Petroulakis was born and lives in Athens, having also lived in Rethymno and Chania where he is from. He has two children, Irini and Konstantinos. He is a composer and lyricist and has participated in musical performances and concerts throughout Greece. His songs are included on CDs of many well-known artists, while he has written music and songs for documentaries and theater performances.
He is involved in photography (his photos have been awarded and published in European magazines), he is a storyteller, coach and Panhellenic champion in the sport of Taekwondo and his hobbies are climbing and diving.
